Teachers Pay Teachers was started by a teacher who wanted a place for other teachers to share items that they used in their own classrooms. Gosh, why didn’t I think of that? This website has grown tremendously since it was first started. Almost every teacher that I meet has heard of and used Teachers Pay Teachers many times over. So why should you know about it? Quite simply, it is a teacher time saver! There are so many great resources that you can find to help you teach ANY subject.

The sidebar is your very special friend. It will help you pinpoint the exact resource you are looking for. You can narrow down the grade, subject, and paid or free. So, the next time you are looking for a fun game to help your students learn the planets or an interactive notebook page for addition and subtraction, look on Teachers Pay Teachers first. I use it each week when I am planning my lessons. I narrow down what I am teaching and I immediately go to Teachers Pay Teachers before I reference the books that I have. If I can find something for free or even at a low price, I grab it!

It is very simple to use! Above, I typed in “end of the year” and found several free and paid items to choose from.
